  • Any cancellations made between 7 business days (10:00 local time) to 3 business days (10:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 10:00 local time, 3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • From St. Mark’s Square:
    Facing St. Mark’s Basilica, turn right and walk to the waterfront and after passing the two giant columns, turn right again. Walk along the waterfront full of street souvenirs vendors and after 200 meters on your right find the Royal Gardens.
    By Waterbus:
    Get off at St Marco Vallaresso stop, turn right, cross over a small bridge and after a few meters you’ll find the Royal Gardens on your left. If you get off at St Zaccaria waterbus stop, turn left and walk along the waterfront until you will find the gardens on your right.
    Your tour guide will be waiting, holding a sign with the name of your tour written on it.

Restrictions

  • This activity is not fully wheelchair accessible. However, please indicate upon booking whether you need wheelchair assistance so the tour will take alternative routes.
  • If less than 4 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

Additional Notes

  • St. Mark's Basilica may be closed on some days due to high water or religious ceremonies. In cases of high water, skip-the-line tickets will not be accepted as visitors have only one door to get in the church.
  • The activity provider does not assume any responsibility for your valuables and/or personal belongings.
  • In case the church is unexpectedly closed without any prior notice, the tour will still operate and your guide will provide an explanation from outside the Basilica instead.
